If you bank with Chase and noticed money missing from your account, check again

Customers of Chase Bank who recently opened their apps may have gotten a surprise when they checked their account balances. For some, it wasn’t a good surprise. The situation has been deemed a “technical issue.”

Many customers reported missing money, or in some cases added funds, to their bank accounts.

Chase Bank was made aware of the issues with customers’ account balances.

The bank said that a “technical issue overnight delayed updates to our checking accounts.”

Chase said that the issue has been resolved and as of 9 a.m. Sunday, all accounts should show the correct balances.
