St. Baldrick's Foundation head shaving event in Canton helps raise money for childhood cancer
St. Baldrick's Foundation hosted a head-shaving event at the North Canton Racquet Club on Sunday to raise money for childhood cancer.
There were more than 350 registered shavees at the event. Children and adults of all ages showed their support by attending the event with some getting their head shaved for a good cause.
St. Baldrick's Foundation will host five events throughout Ohio to help raise money for childhood cancer research. In total, the goal is to raise $571,000 from all five events.
