If you’re Dan Molnar, owner of the SWAT food truck, you reinvent your business on the fly. If Molnar’s name sounds familiar, that’s because he was featured a few weeks back on News 5 in a piece by photojournalist Dave Colabine. I watched it and said – yeah, I gotta talk to that guy. Here’s a small business owner who’s up against it finding a way to keep the lights turned on – and providing a sliver of the type of normalcy we all miss right now.
