Cortland police officer recovering after suffering heart attack on duty

CORTLAND, Ohio — A Cortland police officer is recovering after suffering a heart attack while on duty.

Officer Nicholas Mancini's medical emergency caused him to lost control of his cruiser on Saturday.

No one else was involved in the accident.

Mancini has been an officer since 2012.

He is being treated at a hospital.
