There are about 400 bottles from each collection available, but those interested can enter both lotteries, according to a FAQ from the ODLC. Those who enter can select the option to enter both from the dropdown.
Entrants must provide a valid Ohio driver’s license or ID, and will have to choose an Ohio Liquor location that they will purchase the bourbon from.
You can enter the lottery beginning at 12:01 a.m. Dec. 2 through 11:59 a.m. Dec. 13. You may enter any time, and entering early does not give you an advantage, the ODLC states.
Winners of the lottery will be notified by email in early January. Names will also be posted to OHLQ.com. Once you are notified, you will have from Jan. 11 to 19 to purchase the bottle.
