A man and a woman were caught on camera illegally dumping items including televisions and tires in a wildlife preserve area in Hocking County last month.

After the Hocking County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio Division of Wildlife posted a video on their Facebook page asking for the public's help to identify the couple, authorities made contact with them, who confessed to dumping items at multiple locations within the wildlife preserve area.

Corey Webb and Amanda Pyke, both of Perry County, were charged with littering on state property and operating a vehicle in a non-designated area, both of which are misdemeanors.

The video posted to Facebook shows the two dumping a large television, a vehicle’s bumper, tires and other items from a truck on Sand Run Road before driving off.
