CLEVELAND — The Ohio Department of Transportation is hitting the roads Sunday night as Northeast Ohio sees its first snow of the season.
ODOT announced Sunday evening that more than 30 trucks will be deployed across District 12, which encompasses Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake counties.
As a reminder to motorists in the area, ODOT asked drivers to slow down, give the plow trucks plenty of room to work and leave with plenty of time to reach their destination in case of delays.
While warmer temperatures near the lakeshore will prevent much accumulation, areas more inland could see anywhere from 1 inch to 4 inches of accumulation.
