CLEVELAND — A local coffee shop is helping health care workers in an innovative way.
Heartwood Roasters has started a pay-it-forward initiative to help healthcare workers.
Customers can donate in increments of $5.
Once the shop reaches $50 in donations, they donate a five-pound bag of coffee to a local hospital.
The shop has already raised enough to donate six bags of coffee.
The first donation went to Hillcrest Hospital last week.
