3 Cleveland Indians named to All-MLB team

CLEVELAND — Three Cleveland Indians were named to the All-MLB team on Wednesday.

Starting pitcher Shane Bieber was named to the first team.

Bieber won the Cy Young award earlier this year and recorded a historic 2020 season.

He went 8-1 with a 1.63 ERA in 12 starts.

Third baseman Jose Ramirez was named to the second team.

Ramirez finished in second place for the American League MVP.

He batted .292 with 45 runs, 16 doubles, one triple, 17 home runs and 46 RBI.

Closing pitcher Brad Hand was also named to the second team.

Hand led the league in saves and ended the season 2-1.
