CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Indians announced Friday changes to its mobile device ticket policy, which will start on Sept. 1. The new policy was put in place to protect all fans by reducing fraud and limited the authorized use and or/resale of Cleveland Indians tickets.

Fans who come into the park must either use the MLB Ballpark app or the StubHub app.

PDF and paper tickets from "My Indians Ticket Accounts" will still be permitted as a valid form of entry.

Going forward with the new policy, screenshots of any kind will not be permitted. Fans must show the digital tickets within the respective app to gain entry into Progressive Field.

Fans who have questions about the new policy should contact the Indians Fan Services Department at 216-420-4487.

Tickets that are posted on a secondary market for resale must be sold and purchases exclusively on StubHub.
