CLEVELAND — You may want to sit down for this news: Francisco Lindor is expected to be out 7 to 9 weeks because of a right calf strain, the Cleveland Indians said in a tweet Friday.
The Indians shortstop suffered a right calf strain while preparing for spring training.
Lindor has started rehab and is expected to return to the game after sitting out 7-9 weeks.
