We know there's nothing better than sipping a cold beer while watching the Indians play at Progressive Field on a summer night, and this upcoming weekend proves it.
The Indians are near a weekend sellout against the New York Yankees, with the four-game home series kicking off Thursday night, according to a news release from team officials.
Thursday night also happens to be your best shot at being at Progressive Field this weekend. A few thousand tickets remain for the game, which starts at 7:10 p.m.
Only limited seats and standing room are available for Friday's and Sunday's games. There are only standing room tickets left for Saturday's game.
The Indians currently have three sellouts this season — the home opener on April 6 versus the Kansas City Royals, June 23 versus the Detroit Tigers and July 6 vs. the Oakland A's.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.Indians.com. If the game sells out, tickets can be purchased on StubHub, the exclusive secondary ticket provider for the Cleveland Indians. Only tickets sold through the Indians or StubHub will guarantee Progressive Field access. Tickets purchased through other secondary marketplaces can be revoked at any time.
