CLEVELAND — Indians outfielder Delino DeShields has tested positive for the coronavirus, according to a spokesperson for the Indians.
DeShields tested positive in Arizona where he was working out at the Indians’ complex in Goodyear.
The team said he remains in Arizona and will not be able to travel to Cleveland until the test is negative.
No further information was released at this time.
