MINNEAPOLIS — The Indians played their second game of the season against the Minnesota Twins on Saturday, coming off a loss in their season opener two days prior.

This time around, the Tribe made sure to get the win.

Watch the Indians' first run of the season:

Hanley Ramirez was responsible for the first run of the season with his solo home run into the upper-deck of Target Field in the fourth inning.

The Indians gave up a run at the bottom of the forth and the game was tied 1-1 for the next five innings.

That’s when Greg Allen stepped up. In the ninth inning, Allen hit the ball deep enough to center field on a sacrifice fly for Carlos Santana, who was on third base, to make it home, giving the Indians the lead.

The Tribe was able to hold on to the lead for the rest of the inning, beating the Twins 2-1.

The Indians play the Twins in Minnesota again on Sunday. First pitch is at 2:10 p.m. The team’s home opener is Monday at 4:10 p.m.
