CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Indians ended their game against the Toronto Blue Jays in style on Friday night with a walk-off home run from Carlos Santana, giving the Tribe the win, 3-2.

The Indians got their first run of the night in the bottom of the third inning with a solo home run from catcher Kevin Plawecki, his first home run of the season.

The Blue Jays answered back with a two-run homer in the fifth inning, but a line drive double at the bottom of the fifth from Indians' Max Moroff sent Hanley Ramirez home, tying things up 2-2.
Santana sealed the game with his walk-off homer in the bottom of the ninth.
The Indians play the third game of their four-game weekend series with the Blue Jays on Saturday at 4:10 p.m.
