A Chagrin Falls boy beat the odds after being diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer. Now at 3 years old, Hawk Hunt received a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to throw the first pitch at the Indians game.

On Tuesday night, Hunt lived his dream on the mound. Decked out in all of his baseball gear, he threw his best pitch with his family and fans cheering him on in the background.

At 7 months old, he became the youngest person ever to be diagnosed with a fast-growing cancer called Burkitt leukemia.

While in the hospital, he met with Cody Allen, Corey Kluber and Josh Tomlin.
