CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Cavaliers announced the team’s 2020 preseason schedule with things starting off at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse next month.
On Dec. 12, the Cavs will take on the Indians Pacers in Cleveland at 7 p.m.
The team will face the Pacers once again on Dec. 14, this time at 6 p.m.
After the Cavs take on the Pacers, they’ll head to New York to take on the Knicks in two preseason games. The first will be played on Dec. 16 at 7:30 p.m. and the second will be played on Dec. 18 at 7:30 p.m.
The television and radio broadcast information for the preseason matchups will be announced at a later time, according to the Cavs.
Each NBA team will play a minimum of two and a maximum of four games as part of the league's 49-game preseaon schedule.
The 2020-21 season tips off on Dec. 22 and will feature a schedule of 72 games for each team. The schedule for the first half of the regular season is expected to be announced in the upcoming days.
