CLEVELAND — Cavs General Manager Koby Altman announced Saturday afternoon that the team has waived three players, converted one player and signed one more before waiving him.

The team waved two-way player Matt Mooney and guard/forwards Levi Randolph and Charles Matthews.

The Cavs have converted center Marques Bolden (6-11, 250 pounds) into a two-way contract and also signed forward Norvel Pelle, who they waived later in the day.

Bolden played in all four of the Cavs preseason games this season and one game last season after signing a 10-day contract. He also played 38 games in the 2019-2020 season with the Canton Charge and averaged 9.7 points on .596 shooting, 6.8 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 18.9 minutes.

Pelle (6-10, 231 pounds) played 24 games for the Philadelphia 76ers last season and averaged 2.4 points and three rebounds in 9.7 minutes.
