The Cavaliers will start Jeff Green at forward in Sunday night's Game 7 against Boston in the Eastern Conference finals.
Coach Tyronn Lue made the announcement during Cavs shootaround on Sunday. The decision comes with Kevin Love out of the game and in concussion protocol.

Green scored 14 points in Game 6.
"He attacked the small guys, the switches, and took his time, did a good job attacking, rebounded the ball well," Lue said about Green's performance in Game 6. "I just think defensively being able to switch and guard multiple positions, that's huge for us. He was able to switch a lot more, we were able to do a lot of different stuff defensively, and he came through for us."
