BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have placed defensive tackle Andrew Billings on reserve/opt-out list, where he joins offensive linemen Drew Forbes and Drake Dorbeck in not playing this season.
Billings is an off-season free agent signing.
The NFL and the players union created the opt-out list for the 2020 season for players who choose not to play over concerns about COVID-19.
In addition today, the club placed WR Ja’Marcus Bradley on reserve/COVID-19.
