CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns are playing in their first Sunday Night Football game in 11 years against Super Bowl contender Los Angeles Rams, but will be doing so with a very thin roster.
A little more than an hour before the game, the Browns announced the players listed as inactive. Cleveland is down two cornerbacks, two safeties, two tackles and a wide receiver—five of whom are starters.
Here are the Browns players listed as inactive for tonight's game against the Rams:

- CB Greedy Williams
- S Morgan Burnett
- T Chris Hubbard
- T Kendall Lamm
- WR Rashard Higgins
The following players will start in place of the inactive starters:
• Damion Ratley starts at WR (Njoku)
• Justin McCray starts at RT (Hubbard)
• Mack Wilson starts at WILL (Kirksey)
• Juston Burris starts at DB (Taylor)
• T.J. Carrie starts at CB (Ward)
• Terrance Mitchell starts at CB (Williams)
• Eric Murray starts at S (Randall)
• Jermaine Whitehead starts at S (Burnett)
The Rams also announced their inactive players going into Sunday night's game:

Rams star defensive tackle Aaron Donald was previously listed as questionable but was not moved to the inactive roster ahead of the game, implying his full participation Sunday.
