The Browns have named rookie Desmond Harrison as their starting left tackle for the season opener on Sunday, according to the Browns.
Coach Hue Jackson made the announcement on Friday as the team has finalized their offensive lineup ahead of taking on the Steelers on Sunday.
Drafted as a free agent out of West Georgia, Harrison becomes the heir to Joe Thomas—the fan favorite Pro Bowler who retired earlier this year.
