Browns quarterback Tyrod Taylor walked to the locker room with medical personnel during the first quarter of Thursday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, but has since returned to the field.
The Browns tweeted Taylor injured his left hand.

Rookie Baker Mayfield was put in the game to replace Taylor until he returned.
