CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns have re-signed wide receiver Rashard Higgins.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Higgins signed a one-year deal.

Last season, Higgins recorded 599 yards in 37 catches with four touchdowns, getting back to the end zone chemistry he had established with quarterback Baker Mayfield in 2018.

Higgins has been vocal about wanting to stay in Cleveland over the last several weeks.

When asked about his future and what he wants the city to know, he told ESPN Cleveland's The Next Level show, “Don’t give up on me. I never gave up on y'all."
