CLEVELAND — Denzel Ward is giving back to the community in honor of his father.
Ward created a heart health charity called "Make them know your name."
In his Instagram post, Ward said, "My Dad believed a man’s name was everything, and that it was a man’s responsibility to make sure his name stood for something."
The charity "is propelled by individuals and organizations willing to take action to positively impact the heart disease epidemic," according to the organization's website.
