Perriman's new deal is reportedly worth $4 million.
The 2015 first-round pick of the Ravens was plagued by drops his first two years in the league, but he resurrected his career last season with the Browns in 10 games last year by averaging over 20 yards a catch with two touchdown passes and giving quarterback Baker Mayfield a legit deep threat.
