CLEVELAND — Cleveland Browns' tight end David Njoku may need to get surgery on his wrist, according to ESPN reporter Adam Schefter.

Njoku suffered a concussion after being hit by Jets' Nate Hairston during the first quarter on Monday, but also injured his wrist.

He did not return to that game.

If he does need surgery, it's unknown how long he would be out.
