CLEVELAND — A fan favorite on the Browns, offensive tackle Joe Thomas played at around 312 pounds in his days with the team. Since retirement, however, Thomas has been shedding off pounds.
Fellow Browns alum and podcast co-host Andrew Hawkins shared a side-by-side transformation photo of Thomas and the difference is incredible.

Thomas was hit with questions on Twitter about how he lost all the weight. He attributed his success to cardio, a keto diet and intermittent fasting.
Facts: I think the first 25 fell off in a month, than I had to kick my butt to keep going. Swimming is the best from a cardio standpoint, and #keto w/ intermittent fasting is gold. I can eat 1500-2000 cals/day and feel full. https://t.co/HToJA3VVat

Thomas also shared part of his workout routine, which includes swimming twice a week and practicing yoga.
About a year ago, Thomas shared how he maintained his high weight, attributing his ability to stay heavy to Girl Scout Cookies.
Back when I used to practice (llloooonnngg time ago😂) I used to drink 2 big glasses of whole milk and a sleeve of thin mint Girl Scout cookies before bed just to get enough calories in the day to maintain weight. https://t.co/KGqLeARGWH

While Thomas' weight loss is impressive, a current Browns player had some criticisms.
Browns defensive end Myles Garrett took to Twitter to roast Thomas, but it was all in good fun.

Don't worry Joe, we don't think you have flamingo legs.
