ALLIANCE, Ohio — Mount Union football has been named one of the best college football programs in history.
ESPN named Mount Union as the 16th best program, which was the highest non-Division-I school on the list.
Mount Union has had 13 national titles.
The school has 24 titles in the Ohio Athletic Conference.
A university in Columbus, Ohio called Ohio State made the list at number three in the country.
Division III Wittenberg came in at number 27 and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio came in at 40.
ESPN created the list to celebrate 150 years of the sport of football.
