VERMILION, Ohio — The city of Vemilion is asking residents to help clear the storm drains.
Vermilion has crews clearing the drains, but said residents can help.
Due to Wednesday's warm temperatures, the thaw created warm temperatures that needs to be moved off the streets and down the drains before the deep freeze comes.
