NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio — Gas prices in Northeast Ohio are beginning to drop, according to AAA.
The average price for gas is 12 cents cheaper this week at $2.42 per gallon.
AAA said the reason gas prices are declining is because inventory has increased in the region.
New Philadelphia has the cheapest gas in the area at $2.19 per gallon and Aurora has the most expensive gas in the area at $2.59 per gallon.
The national average gas price is $2.51.
