CLEVELAND — Heads up drivers who take the Detroit-Superior Bridge or I-77: there will be some closures that may affect your commute.
Detroit-Shoreway Bridge:
It will be closed between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25, as long as weather permits.
The bridge will be closed over to so crews can perform concrete bridge deck overlays.

Traffic will be detoured as follows:
Eastbound traffic will be detoured via West 28th Street to State Route 2 east to Lakeside Avenue to West 3rd Street to Superior Avenue.
Westbound traffic will be detoured via West 3rd Street to Lakeside Avenue to State Route 2 west to West 49th Street.
Changes to I-77 northbound and southbound
Those who take I-77 will experience changes to traffic flow. Overnight each night beginning on Sept. 19 through October, the right lanes will be closed on I-77 north and south at Harvard Avenue for bridge painting.
From Friday, Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. through Monday, Sept. 30 at 5 a.m. the following closures will be in place for bridge painting.
I-77 northbound at I-480, I-77 south at I-490, I-490 east and west ramps to I-77 north and I-490 east to I-77 south the detours will utilize SR 176.
ODOT says limited access will be given within the I-77 closure.
