WICKLIFFE, Ohio — A serious two-vehicle crash has closed all westbound lanes of Route 2 near Route 91 and 305th Street this morning.
Wickliffe police say there was an object in the road, causing a car to swerve.

Two vehicles are involved in the crash.
The large metal box on the side of the road was the object that was in the roadway. When a vehicle slowed down to avoid it, a truck hit the car.
Firefighters had to extricate the drivers from the vehicle.
According to Wickliffe police, two people sustained minor injuries. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
As of 3:28 p.m., the westbound lanes are still closed.
