South Woodland Road is closed from Chagrin River Road to Farwood Drive in both directions Tuesday morning, according to Chagrin Valley Disptach.
Crews are closing a portion of the road for emergency tree removal.
It's unknown how long the closure will be, but it's likely expected to be closed for the majority of the day.
The road will only be accessible for emergency vehicles and local residents.
Chagrin Valley says it will post an update when the road is back open.
