US Marshals searching for man wanted for shooting, killing pregnant mother in Warren

WARREN, Ohio — The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is searching for a man wanted for allegedly shooting and killing a pregnant woman in Warren.

Kemari James, 27, is wanted for the shooting death of La’Nesha Workman, authorities said.

Workman is the mother of two young children and was pregnant at the time of her death, according to authorities.

Officers found Workman dead in the 1600 block of Ogden Avenue, authorities said.

James is considered armed and dangerous.

A reward is being offered, authorities said.
