In typical Northeast Ohio fashion, Mother Nature is welcoming spring with a chance of snow.
The potential for moderate to heavy snowfall is increasing for the southern half of Northeast Ohio on late Tuesday (the official first day of spring) into Wednesday morning (our never-ending actual winter).
Forecast models suggest snowfall on Wednesday morning for areas along and south of U.S. Route 224 from Mansfield to Akron and Youngstown.

Six inches could hit some areas near Wooster, Canton, Dover/New Philadelphia by 8 AM on Wednesday.
The models could shift a bit north or south, which will affect snowfall expectations as well.
