A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for Lake County until 5:45 p.m. Sunday.
The areas most effected include Wickliffe, Willoughby Hills and Kirtland.
The National Weather Service advises those effected to move immediately to higher ground and avoid walking or driving through flood waters.
