CLEVELAND — One more unsettled day before things really settle down. Plan on scattered thunderstorms building this afternoon. The best shot will be from noon to 4 p.m. before moving out.
The Power of 5 Weather team is watching today's cold front closely as that will be the trigger for storms this afternoon.
The next round of storms are likely building afternoon, which could produce damage in some areas. Heavy rain, damaging wind and hail are all likely with the strongest storms. A tornado can't be ruled out for some areas.
By 6 p.m., these storms should be south of the News 5 viewing area. This includes the Browns preseason game at FirstEnergy Stadium. On the side of caution, keep an eye for thunder if you're tailgating before the game, though.
