CLEVELAND — Roads all around Northeast Ohio are a mess.
In Akron, crews are on scene of an accident on I-76 east at Browery Street.
The Ohio-Pennsylvania border on I-90 has average speeds below 20 miles per hour due to the winter storm.
Route 2 in Cleveland is experiencing delays as crews try and clear off the road.

In Oberlin, vehicles were left abandoned on Route 58 due to the snow.

Highways may be clear, but most side streets remain snowy, according to Cleveland police.
