Snow-covered Rome looks like something out of a fairytale and it's absolutely stunning

Snow swept across Europe and brought a rare snowstorm, dubbed "Beast from the East" to Rome, paralyzing the city and covering its famed monuments in a beautiful white blanket of snow. Famous parks turned into ski slopes. Residents came outside in droves to build snowmen and take pictures with a snow-covered cityscape in the background.
